The C48 Open is Princess’s first foray into high-end centre-console boats, and the ultimate way to experience the thrill of the ocean, with an open layout that brings you closer to the water. The yacht combines elegance with exhilarating performance, featuring a walk-around layout ideal for sun-drenched days, adventurous trips and an effortless connection with the sea. The distinctive hull utilises Michael Peters’ patented SVVT technology, designed to reduce drag and improve fuel efficiency.
The open main deck features a hardtop with a thoughtfully laid-out cockpit, including a sunbathing area at the stern, forward-facing seating and manually folding benches on both sides. An outdoor galley has two wet bars with an electric grill, a chiller and storage space. Below deck, the flexible layout offers a lower saloon with a convertible dining area, a day toilet and an aft cabin, with an optional layout for a forward cabin.
Our fastest model to date, the C48 Open, was the first Princess model to feature outboard engines. Powered by three Mercury V12 600pk Verado outboard engines, the yacht reaches speeds of 51 to 53 knots, delivering the high-performance experience that enthusiasts are looking for.
