Measuring 2.90 m in length and 1.68 m in beam (1.33 m with the tubes deflated), the J29 is exceptionally compact. The hull has a V-shape with a deadrise of 19.5 degrees; the tubes, finished in ORCA Artic Grey, have a diameter of 0.37 m and are divided into four air compartments. The design is by SACS Marine.
The propulsion system consists of a built-in BRP Rotax ACE 903 petrol engine producing 90 hp, fitted with a waterjet. According to the yard, the J29 has a top speed of 37 knots and a cruising speed of 20 knots. The fuel tank has a capacity of 40 litres and the weight, including the engine, is 300 kg.
The layout is ergonomically designed to make getting on and off the boat easy. There is seating for three people. The standard colours are a white hull and deck (RAL 9003), a black skirting and cushions in Mambo Pearl Platinum.
