The certified length is 6.96 metres and the interior dimensions are 6.40 by 1.90 metres. The layout comprises a sun deck at the bow, a centre console with the helm and a seating area with a table at the stern.
The propulsion system consists of a single petrol outboard engine with an XXL shaft, delivering up to 300 hp. The fuel tank holds 250 litres and the water tank 60 litres; a 15-litre holding tank is optional.
The unladen weight is 1,240 kilograms and the CE design category is C.
The Prince 24 Exclusive shares its name with the Prince 24 Cabin from the Prince Cabin range, but that is a different model with a cabin, a different hull length and a lower passenger capacity.
