At 3.4 metres, the DL 335 is the smallest RIB in the DL series and is designed for yachts where every centimetre counts. Novurania explicitly states that the model is suitable for a wide range of yacht garages and for hydraulic swim platforms. It can carry four people and, with an outboard engine of up to 30 hp, the boat reaches a speed of around 45 km per hour, according to the yard.
Its kerb weight of 290 kilos makes hoisting and moving it by hand quite manageable. The fuel tank holds 30 litres. The layout is deliberately simple: an open deck with a non-slip surface, handrails on the port and starboard sides, and boarding steps, so that swimming and stepping ashore can be done without any fuss. For a tender that mainly travels back and forth between the yacht and the beach, that’s exactly enough.
Standard features include a bow step with navigation lights and a cleat, LED deck lighting, LED navigation lights, and yacht-quality stainless steel cleats and handrails. The hull consists of a vacuum-moulded fibreglass hull with Hypalon-Neoprene tubes, which makes the DL 335 suitable for family use too. Novurania describes the model as being suitable not only for yacht owners, but also for families looking for a handy boat.
