The boat is 2.82 metres long and 1.44 metres wide, with a cockpit measuring 185 by 64 centimetres. The tubes have a diameter of 38 centimetres, are made from PVC fabric weighing 850 grams per square metre and are divided into 3 + 1 air chambers. According to the manufacturer, the set weighs 48 kilograms.
An outboard engine with a maximum power of 5 hp fits behind the windscreen. The load capacity is 350 kilograms.
Kolibri certifies the boat as CE design category D for 2 people on board.
