The hull is made of fibreglass and measures 9.98 metres, with an overall length of 11.16 metres and a beam of 3.60 metres. The cockpit depth is 0.97 metres. The weight is around 6,200 kilograms and the draught is 0.61 metres, the deepest in the range.

The propulsion system consists of two petrol outboard engines with a maximum combined output of 900 hp. The fuel tank holds 800 litres, the fresh water tank 200 litres and the holding tank 90 litres.

The S37-X is the only Karnic model to be certified in two CE design categories, B and C, for twelve people on board.
