The fibreglass hull is V-shaped and is fitted with floats 62 centimetres in diameter, each containing six air chambers. The deck is self-draining and runs from a sun deck on the foredeck, via the centre console, to a rear bench seat with a table. There is a lockable storage compartment beneath the console; in total, Joker Boat has six storage compartments.
The propulsion system consists of a single petrol outboard engine with an XXL shaft, delivering a maximum of 221 kW or 300 hp. The yard recommends a minimum of 200 hp. The fuel tank holds 300 litres and the water tank 70 litres.
The Clubman 24 is certified to CE design category B, which means it can venture further out to sea than the smaller models in the range. Its draught is limited to 0.47 metres, which makes mooring in shallow waters easier.
Options include a sun awning above the cockpit, an anchor system on the foredeck and a choice of upholstery.
