Full description
The boat measures 12.95 metres overall and has a beam of 3.89 metres. At 0.81 metres, the draught is remarkably shallow for a vessel of this length, and the air draft is 2.90 metres. The layout comprises eight berths, including a central and an aft cabin.
The propulsion system consists of a single 65 hp Nanni diesel engine with hydraulic transmission. The top speed is 8 knots; this is very much a cruiser, not a high-speed yacht.
The fuel tank has a capacity of 320 litres and the water tank 430 litres. The relatively small fuel tank is in keeping with the low fuel consumption of the 65 hp engine when running on river water.
The model is certified to RCD category C. The yard features the model on its website at the URL /the-range/elegance/ and refers to it in full as the Haines 42 Elegance.
