The Greenline 45 Fly was unveiled in early 2019 and has since become one of the best-known names in the hybrid and solar yacht sector. The yard designed the model around what it calls the perfect balance between performance, comfort and fuel efficiency. The flybridge sets this model apart from the coupe version and provides additional outdoor space with views over the water.
The propulsion system is available as a Diesel Drive, Electric Drive or Hybrid Drive. Running on the diesel engine, the vessel can reach speeds of up to thirty knots, whilst running on electric power it travels at five to six knots with a range of approximately 25 nautical miles. Solar panels with an integrated energy management system supplement this. The fuel tank holds 1,500 litres and the dry weight is 13.5 tonnes.
The hull measures 13.54 metres, with an overall length of 15.57 metres and a beam of 4.57 metres. The CE specification states a capacity of six people. The air draft of 5.84 metres was measured on a test model fitted with Yanmar engines and may vary slightly depending on the engine configuration, so please check this if you intend to cruise under fixed bridges.
