Underneath the hull is a retractable wheel system operated by a joystick, enabling the boat to manoeuvre on land. The yard describes the system as quiet and clean to use.
On the water, the boat is powered by a single 300 hp Mercury outboard engine. The fuel tank holds 300 litres, which is enough for around 150 nautical miles.
Cobra certifies the T8 to CE design category B, with a capacity of eleven people.
The wheel system for driving on land is powered by a separate battery-powered drive train; this drive is independent of the boat’s propulsion motor.
