The tubes are made from Orca 1100 DTEX neoprene-Hypalon, whilst the hull and deck are made from fibreglass – a construction that is highly resistant to intensive use. The maximum tube diameter is 0.40 metres, which enhances buoyancy given a beam of 1.58 metres.
With a dry weight of approximately 51 kilos, the craft remains easy to handle on deck or on a davit. An inflation pump and paddles are supplied as standard. If you’d like more, a wooden helm seat and a boat cover are available as options, so you can fit out the tender for use with a small outboard engine or for long-term storage.
A maximum of four people may be carried on a craft with an engine power of up to 4 hp, certified to CE design category C. This makes it a tender suitable for transporting guests, reaching the shore from a buoy and short trips in calm waters, in a size that remains easy to stow on board a larger vessel.
