The Bali Catspace was designed by Olivier Poncin, with naval architecture by Lasta Design Studio and interiors by PIATON BERCO. The yard describes the model as unique in its class due to its combination of remarkably generous volume and excellent sailing characteristics. Here too, you’ll find the fixed foredeck instead of a trampoline, and the tilting Bali Door between the cockpit and saloon.
At 11.71 metres long and 6.53 metres wide, the Catspace remains manoeuvrable, whilst the usable deck area is generous for a vessel of this size. The kerb weight is approximately 9,450 kilograms and the diesel capacity is 400 litres. Engine options range from two 20 hp engines to two 30 hp engines, sufficient for manoeuvring in harbour and for when the wind drops.
The CE certification specifies a capacity of ten people in Category A and twelve in Category B, rising to 24 and 28 people in the coastal categories. Owners use this model for longer voyages, and the yard itself refers to the experiences of owners who have covered great distances with it. This makes the Catspace versatile within a compact design.
