Babro Yachting builds luxury steel motor yachts in Sneek. The yard was founded over forty years ago by former inland waterway skipper Kor Bakker and his wife, whose surnames together form the name Babro. Harm van der Wal has been the owner since 1997. In 2016, the company moved from Jirnsum to Sneek.

The range comprises the Babro Classic, the Babro Newline and the Babro Tridente, introduced in 2022, which is available in the OC and AC variants. The Tridente OC ranges from the 40 OC, measuring 12.20 metres, to the 50 OC and 50 CS, measuring 14.99 metres. Babro occupies a middle ground between series production and true bespoke construction, with space as the guiding principle in the layout.
