What should you do?

    Report it to the police

    With a hull identification number (CIN/WIN) or serial number: call the Dutch national reporting desk for stolen vehicles (Landelijk Aangifteloket Gestolen Voertuigen, AGV), (088) 66 28 288.

    Without an identification number: a vessel longer than 2.5 m via the Dutch police, 0900-8844; shorter than 2.5 m online via politie.nl.

    Then sign the report digitally via mijnpolitie.nl.

    Call your insurer

    Report the theft to your insurer. Keep your police report number at hand.
