The Menorquin 42 FB combines the distinctive shape of the classic Menorquin with greater versatility on board. Sasga Yachts seeks to strike a balance between tradition, liveability and a relaxed way of boating. The hull measures 11.89 metres; the overall length is 13.99 metres, with a beam of 4.00 metres. The boat is certified to CE design category A.
On the main deck there is a spacious and functional saloon, with a wide and sheltered cockpit behind it that flows naturally into the swim platform and the access to the water. If the galley is situated in the wheelhouse, this creates even greater continuity between the saloon and the cockpit. Side walkways lead you safely to the open foredeck, which serves as a sunbathing area.
Below deck there are two spacious double cabins and two full bathrooms; a third cabin is available as an option, bringing the boat’s berths up to six. The flybridge offers a second helm station and an additional outdoor seating area. According to the yard, two engines, each producing 320 hp, give the boat a cruising speed of 19 knots and a top speed of 23 knots, with 1,200 litres of fuel on board.
