The Paragon 31 Flybridge is the flybridge version of the larger Paragon model and is presented by the yard as a sturdy commuter for year-round use. The second helm station on top of the superstructure provides a good view and an extra place to sit in fine weather.

During the refit, the vessel was lengthened by 40 centimetres at the stern and features a flat aft deck that immediately drains away any water that washes over it. It is fitted with a heavy-duty centreboard all round. The deep V-hull, with a deadrise of 24.5 degrees, measures 10.59 metres overall, is 3.38 metres wide, has a draught of 1.18 metres and weighs 6,187 kilograms. Inside, there are four berths, one more than in the cabin version.
The engine configuration is the same as that of the 31 Cabin: a single Volvo Penta D6-400 or D6-440 diesel engine producing 400 or 440 hp, or two Volvo Penta D4-300 or D4-320 diesel engines with a combined output of 600 or 640 hp. With the single-engine configuration, 450 litres of fuel is standard with 650 litres as an option; with the twin-engine configuration, 650 litres is standard.
The fresh water tank has a capacity of 200 litres and the holding tank 70 litres. The CE design category is B, with a maximum of eight people on board and a payload of 1,383 kilograms.
