The range on diesel is approximately 700 miles at a speed of 7 knots.
The Greenline 40 is described by the yard as the ‘Gentlemen’s Cruiser’ of the range and is specifically designed for family use. Comfort and convenience are paramount, with a classic-looking hull measuring 11.99 metres in length and 3.75 metres in beam. The dry weight is kept to eight tonnes, and the air draft of 3.03 metres makes the vessel suitable for use on inland waterways with fixed bridges.
The roof is fitted with solar panels with a capacity of almost 2 kW, giving you a great deal more autonomy on board. This model is available with a range of propulsion systems, from diesel to hybrid or electric versions. It comes fitted as standard with two CMD 75.4 SDI engines, with hybrid options ranging from 150 hp to two x 225 hp. On diesel, the yard quotes a range of approximately 700 miles at seven knots.
With 700 litres of fuel on board and a CE-certified capacity of four people, the 40 is aimed at owners who want to enjoy leisurely, long-distance cruising rather than high-speed boating. The owners cited by the yard particularly highlight the space and ease of use. Greenline, therefore, positions this model as an accessible yet fully-fledged cruiser for longer family trips.
