The boat is intended for owners who prefer to decide on the water where to go, from a short afternoon to a two-week cruise.
The layouts are flexible, with social areas that adapt to the company on board. The deck is designed for entertaining guests and for swimming. Fairline publishes a deck plan for the main deck and for the lower deck; according to the yard, ownership should feel as carefree as possible.
Below deck, the Targa 58 GTO offers six to seven berths, making a weekend away with family or friends a natural choice. According to the yard, the cabins are comfortably furnished.
The boat has two Volvo Penta D13 diesel engines with shaft drive. With two D13-900 engines, totalling 1,800 hp, the yard quotes approximately 30.5 knots; with two D13-1000 engines, totalling 2,000 hp, approximately 32.5 knots. The boat is built in Oundle, England.
