Large glass panels and a layout inspired by contemporary residential design redefine life on board, creating open, light-filled spaces that are constantly connected to the outside world.
The Settantotto 78 offers design solutions that are usually only found on much larger yachts, providing comfort, privacy and freedom of movement so you can make the most of every moment on board. The yacht was designed by Aldo Cranchi. At the stern, the beach area extends like a terrace out over the sea: a fluid, flexible space that stretches towards the water and enhances the connection with the surroundings.
One space flows seamlessly into the next: from the cockpit, where the seating area gives way to a dining area with views of the horizon, right through to the bow, where sun loungers and a lounge area invite you to enjoy the freedom of the sea. The spacious and airy flybridge is the true heart of life on board: a place designed for getting together and sharing the moment.
The interior layout is inspired by the largest superyachts, featuring spacious areas and a careful balance between the guest areas and those reserved for the crew. The galley is situated in a separate room, away from the dining area, so that guests retain their privacy, whilst dedicated crew access routes ensure that the captain can go directly to the helm without passing through the communal areas. The same care has been taken with the crew quarters: the captain’s cabin is separated from the rest of the crew, something rarely seen in this class. A dedicated laundry room at the stern ensures that everything on board runs smoothly and tidily. The Settantotto 78 was designed by Christian Grande and his studio, with an approach rooted in architecture and living. A yacht that sets a new benchmark in its class and takes life on board to a higher level.
