About this boat
The Balt 818 Titanium differs from the yard’s other models in that it has a semi-planing hull. According to the yard, this is the first houseboat with an eight-metre hull that can actually plane, putting it ahead of all comparable vessels.

The boat measures 8.48 metres overall, with a hull length of 7.30 metres and a beam of 2.70 metres. Thanks to these dimensions, the boat can still be transported by road, with a transport height of 3.10 metres.
The top speed is around twenty-five kilometres per hour, whilst for comfort and fuel efficiency the boat is best cruised at around eight to ten kilometres per hour. This makes the vessel suitable for both day trips and a relaxing stay on board.
The vessel is powered by an outboard engine of up to 115 hp, or by an inboard motor of up to 60 hp. With an outboard engine, the draught is 0.40 metres; with an inboard motor, it is 0.58 metres.
The dry weight is 1,850 kilograms and the boat can carry a payload of 825 kilograms. The fuel tank holds 100 litres, the water tank 80 or 170 litres, and the holding tank 50 litres.
