TG Boats

Finnish cabin boats from the Porvoo archipelago, for over 50 years.

TG-Marin was founded in the early 1970s by Tage Gustafson from Porvoo. In 1973, the company launched its first mass-produced fibreglass boat. When TG-Marin was sold in 1989, Tage and his brother Kim set up TG-Boat Oy, which took over the moulds and production rights.

In 2006, there was a change of generation: Jan and Fredrik Gustafson founded Freja Marine, where the boats are still built in Porvoo. Since 2021, TG has been part of the Otto Brandt Group, a family-run business. According to the yard, TG is the only Finnish boatbuilder to specialise exclusively in cabin boats.
