Saxdor Yachts was founded in 2019 by the Finnish boatbuilder Sakari Mattila and has its headquarters in Helsinki. Most of the boatbuilding takes place in Elk, Poland. The brand quickly made a name for itself with an approach that combines modern design, excellent handling and competitive pricing.

The range spans approximately 20 to 46 feet and comprises series that differ in design depending on the model designation: the GTO as an open sports boat, the GTC with a cabin, and the GTS as a larger sports cruiser. Well-known models include the 200 and 205, the 270 GTO, the 320 and 400 series, and the 460 GTS and GTC. Saxdor has been part of Malibu Boats since March 2026.
