About Sanlorenzo

Italian bespoke yachts from four yards around La Spezia.

Sanlorenzo was founded in 1958 in Limite sull’Arno in Tuscany and has grown to become one of Italy’s leading yacht builders. The company operates from four yards, in La Spezia, Ameglia, Viareggio and Massa, all of which are situated within a radius of approximately fifty kilometres of one another. Massimo Perotti is the executive chairman and the company’s shares are listed on the STAR segment of Euronext Milan. The company employs over 1,650 people and recorded net turnover from new-builds of approximately 930 million euros in 2024. Each yacht is built to order, with a bespoke layout and finish for each client.

The programme is divided into two main sections. The Yacht Division builds composite yachts ranging from approximately 24 to 40 metres, comprising the SL range of asymmetrical flybridge yachts, the semi-displacement SD range, the open SX crossovers and the SP range with sporty hulls. The Superyacht Division builds aluminium and steel vessels ranging from approximately 44 to 73 metres, under the Alloy, Steel, Explorer and X-Space brands. The group also includes Bluegame and Nautor Swan. The yachts are designed for owners who cruise with a permanent crew and undertake longer ocean voyages. In the Benelux, sales are handled by Lengers Yachts in Muiden.
