Quarken is a Finnish yard based in Kalajoki, on the Gulf of Bothnia. The brand was founded by Osmo Roukala, a designer with thirty years’ experience in boatbuilding, and takes its name from the Kvarken region. The boats are designed for Northern European waters: a sleek, Nordic design combined with hulls that can withstand rough seas.

The range comprises two series. The 27 Series includes the Cabin, Open, T-Top and T-Top V2 Onyx, whilst the 35 Series comprises the Cabin Tourer, Grand Tourer and Sport Tourer. A key feature is the modular layout, which allows the same hull to be configured as a day boat, fishing cruiser or weekend boat. The boats are powered by Yamaha outboard engines.
