Seaworthy catamarans from Cape Town for long voyages.
Leopard Catamarans was established in 1997 as a result of a collaboration between the South African yard Robertson and Caine and the charter company The Moorings. Robertson and Caine was founded in 1991 by John Robertson and Jerry Caine and still builds the boats in Cape Town. The hulls are designed by Simonis Voogd Yacht Design, a firm with a strong reputation for high-speed multihulls.
The current fleet comprises the sailing catamarans Leopard 43, 46 and 52, and the motor catamarans 40PC, 46PC and 53PC. The vessels are designed for blue-water cruising, with ample storage space, a continuous living deck and a layout suitable for both private use and charter. The brand is part of the Travelopia Group.
