3D Tender

French RIBs, dinghies and aluminium tenders from Brittany.

3D Tender is a French manufacturer of inflatable boats and RIBs, founded in 2007 and based on the Route de Penety in Gouesnou, near Brest in Brittany. The company designs and builds in its own factory and describes itself as the largest supplier of RIBs and tenders on the French market. The tubes are made from Orca Hypalon or Mehler PVC, and the aluminium hulls are given an electrostatically applied powder coating. As well as recreational craft, 3D Tender builds professional boats and collaborates with shipbuilders such as Naval Group and Piriou.

The range extends from lightweight folding dinghies to RIBs measuring over eight metres, from approximately 1.6 to 8.6 metres in total. Dream, Nividic and Odyssey are the family RIBs, whilst Patrol and XPRO are the versatile models with a deeper V-hull. For dinghies with an aluminium hull, there are the Ultimate, Reef ALU and Federlight, whilst under the name 3D Craft, the brand builds wheelhouse boats. All are powered by outboard engines. The boats are designed as tenders for larger yachts, as day boats for the family and, in their professional versions, for rescue and patrol duties.
